Social Tenants Access to Information Requirement scheme (STAIRS)
Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs)
The Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) are new statutory requirements introduced by the Government. STAIRs give you easier access to information about your home, your landlord and the services we provide, helping to improve understanding and transparency.
This Publication Scheme brings together information that residents have a right to access under STAIRs. We will review and update this information regularly to ensure it remains accurate and accessible.
From October 2026, housing providers must publish key information about how they manage homes. Much of the information that we are required to publish is already available on the Glebe Housing Association website. For ease, we’ve organised the information using the Scheme classifications, including links to relevant pages on our website.
From April 2027, residents will be able to ask for specific information about their housing.
We will acknowledge all requests within three calendar days and will provide a full response within 30 calendar days.
This scheme only applies to the management of our homes and services, and it does not apply to tenants’ personal information. If you would like access to how your personal information is used or shared, you will need to submit a Subject Access Request instead.
Please contact us at reception@glebeha.org.uk to submit your request, or if you need support in navigating or understanding this publication scheme.
