Fire Safety

We want to ensure that you are safe in your home and are well prepared and know what to do should a fire break out in your home or in the building.   Our staff carry out regular checks of the building and our fire equipment is serviced regularly to make sure that your building meets with fire regulations and that we are doing everything we can to keep you safe. This leaflet has been prepared to give you guidance on fire safety and to advise what to do in the event of a fire.

Leaseholder Welcome Pack

Planned Maintenance and Major Repairs

The Association aims to maintain all properties and the land around them in good condition through programmes of planned works which are drawn together mainly from information on the Stock Condition Survey, but also from residents’ feedback, maintenance staff recommendations and made safe responsive repairs. We are committed to undertake programmes of improvements to the Association’s properties to ensure that they meet the expectations of residents. We will look to renew certain aspects and component parts of properties that have or are reaching the end of their useful life.
