Glebe Housing Association was formed in 1974 and is a non-profit making organisation providing accommodation for older people. The Association is registered as an Exempted Charity and Friendly Society. Glebe Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord and regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency, and is also affiliated to the National Housing Federation.

Set in the grounds of the Bencurtis Park Estate in West Wickham, Kent we provide sheltered accommodation in both one-bedroom flats and studio type flats. We have a number of one-bedroom and two-bedroom bungalows, and a nursing home that provides full time nursing care for fifty residents.

Giving older people the freedom to live life as they choose increases their independence and dignity. By providing safe, comfortable and secure accommodation we enable people to live independently within a supportive community.
